For IT configuration and setup services requiring on-site visits in the Edmonton, Alberta area, appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM MT. Remote IT support is available during standard business hours.
Service delivery begins after: receipt of signed service agreement; payment of required deposit or first invoice; and receipt of all required client materials (logins, brand assets, content, etc.). Delays in providing required materials may extend delivery timelines accordingly.
Many deliverables require client review and approval before final deployment. Clients are expected to provide feedback within 5 business days of receiving drafts. Delayed approvals may impact overall project timelines.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included scope may be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Digital marketing services are available to clients across Canada and internationally. On-site IT configuration services are available in the Edmonton, Alberta metropolitan area. Remote IT support is available nationwide.
