Service Delivery Policy

APEX TECH WEB SERVICES INC. (Alberta Corporation #122838714) provides digital services and IT configuration services. As a digital services company, we do not ship physical products. This policy outlines how our services are delivered and the timelines clients can expect.

1. Digital Service Delivery

All our services are delivered digitally. Deliverables are provided via:

• Email (reports, documents, content drafts, invoices)
• Secure client portal or shared project management platform
• Direct deployment to client websites, ad accounts, or social media platforms
• Video call presentations and screen-share sessions

2. Service Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines for our core services:

• SEO Audit Report: 5-7 business days after project kickoff
• Website Development (standard): 2-4 weeks depending on complexity
• Social Media Setup: 3-5 business days
• PPC Campaign Setup: 5-7 business days
• Content Creation (per piece): 3-5 business days
• IT Configuration & Setup: Same day or next business day (on-site or remote)
• Ongoing monthly services: Delivered continuously throughout the service period

3. On-Site IT Services

For IT configuration and setup services requiring on-site visits in the Edmonton, Alberta area, appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM MT. Remote IT support is available during standard business hours.

4. Project Kickoff

Service delivery begins after: receipt of signed service agreement; payment of required deposit or first invoice; and receipt of all required client materials (logins, brand assets, content, etc.). Delays in providing required materials may extend delivery timelines accordingly.

5. Client Approvals

Many deliverables require client review and approval before final deployment. Clients are expected to provide feedback within 5 business days of receiving drafts. Delayed approvals may impact overall project timelines.

6. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included scope may be billed at our standard hourly rate.

7. Service Area

Digital marketing services are available to clients across Canada and internationally. On-site IT configuration services are available in the Edmonton, Alberta metropolitan area. Remote IT support is available nationwide.
