APEX TECH WEB SERVICES INC. (Alberta Corporation #122838714) is committed to client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for our digital marketing and IT services.
Clients may cancel ongoing service agreements by providing 30 days written notice to support@apextechws.com. Upon cancellation:
For one-time project engagements (website development, campaign setup, IT configuration):
For ongoing monthly services (SEO, social media management, PPC management):
If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of service delivery at support@apextechws.com. We will work diligently to resolve any issues. If we are unable to resolve the issue to a reasonable standard, we may offer a partial credit or service revision at our discretion.
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of services and may be subject to a chargeback dispute fee of $50 CAD.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds to credit cards may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
